Studies have shown that bulky coats and jackets prevent children from being secured into their carseats properly and can result in loose straps that aren't as snug as they should be.
To keep your child warm in a cold car, a carseat poncho is a great alternative to bulky coats or blankets.
Our ponchos are designed for ease of use and the freedom of arm movement to explore, while keeping them safe and warm. The body AND the hood will be in the print you order, the inside of the hood is in a color that compliments your poncho.
***IMPORTANT***
- Do not use unsupervised (such as in a car seat) for
any child that does not have adequate motor
control to easily remove the hood if it moves
onto their face. Also, do not use when car is fully
warmed, due to risk of overheating. It is meant to
be used at very low temperatures for short trips
only, when the car is not fully warmed***
